Prenatal Massage
As you prepare to bring new life into the world it is essential to take care of your ever changing body. My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible and give you the attention you deserve.
Therapeutic Massage
Every massage is catered to the client’s individual needs. Whether the goal is relaxation, stress reduction, or treating an injury, the massage will be catered to that goal. The pressure and flow of the massage is dependent on the client’s wants and the information the body is giving. My hope is to make space for healing, to ease tension, reduce pain, decrease stress and support healthy muscle patterns to better assist you in your daily life.
