What is your cancellation Policy?
If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price. If you do not show up without calling you will be charged 100%.
What are the covid Protocols?
I have an HEPA air purifier on in my room and surfaces are wiped down after each service. Per the bay area guidelines and mandates, masks will be worn by all parties at all times until further notice. The one exception is you may remove your mask if vaccinated while face down, but must put it back on when laying face up.
